Vitae Career Enterprises is a company which caters career counselling services mainly in Lucknow and Balrampur (UP). Word “Vitae”  is a Latin word which means “about life” .  We bellieve  in - " Timely Acquired Career Guidance Gives Success" .For a successful life, selection of a career plays a vital role. Although present era is a era of information but a lot of people are struggling for their livelihood due to wrong choice of their career. Some persons choose their career at initial stage of life but they do not change it according to pace of change in new technologies and advancement in their field. As a result, their career stagnate in between and they feel frustration in their life. Here we play our roll, as a career counselor.

   To help school and college going students and professionals in deciding their careert by providing counselling  in choosing their field of education etc. according to their personality, interest and capabilities . 

I, Arendra Nath Sharma, is an Ex government officer and had superannuated from the post of Deputy Director General ( Engineering) of Indian Broadcating (Engineering) Service 1987 batch of Ministry Of Information and Broadcasting, GOI. I belongs to District - Shravasti, Uttar Pradesh which is one of a  back ward districts in India.  Although I am satisfied with my career journey but I never forget the days of my struggle in deciding my career being a resident of rural area where there was no scope for better education and employment. There was scarcity of experienced  persons who can guide me and my parents in choosing better field of education and career. 

Even after four decades, there is not much change.  Students, youth and their parents still struggle and feel shortage of a proper platform from where they can obtain  guidance to proceed in their education and career.

I intend to provide a proper and  well equipped forum to such needy people in their vicinity from where they can get guidance and counselling for selection of their career in reasonable cost. It will help to the  community in their progress and to me as a counselor, in providing a noble profession for a meaningful retire  life.
